Tour Itinerary

DAY 1 Arrive in Srinagar and transfer to Gulmarg

On your arrival at Srinagar airport / Railway station our representative will meet & greet and transfer you to the Gulmarg.
On arrival in Gulmarg check in at hotel. Gulmarg – Meadow of Flowers. Gulmarg is a popular hill station and well known for skiing in winters.
Gondola ride in Gulmarg is a must for all tourists. There are 2 phases of Gondola. The first phase takes you from Gulmarg to Kungdoor. The second phase takes you from Kungdoor to Aparwath. The tickets can be booked in advance on

DAY 2 Gulmarg to Pahalgam

After breakfast drive to Pahalgam located at a distance of 150 Kms and is 4 hours drive from Gulmarg.
On arrival check in at your hotel in Pahalgam. Pahalgam – A Valley of Shepherds located on the banks of river Lidder at a height of 7200 ft. In the afternoon you can enjoy a short trek or take a pony ride to one of the many beautiful spots around Palahgam (at your own cost).  Overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 3 Pahalgam to Srinagar

 After breakfast time free in Pahalgam. In the afternoon drive to Srinagar located at a distance of 96 Kms and is 2:30 hours drive from Pahalgam. On your arrival in Srinagar, check in at the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 4 Srinagar – Half day tour of Mughal gardens

 In the afternoon we take you for a tour of Mughal Gardens. Chashmi-e Shahi - The Royal Spring which commands a magnificent view of Dal Lake; Nishat Bagh - The Garden of pleasure is located on the bank of Dal Lake with Zabarwan Mountains in the back & Shalimar Bagh - Abode of Love which was built by Emperor Shah Jehan for his wife Nur Jehan.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 5Srinagar to Kargil via Sonmarg

Early breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast drive to Kargil.  You may take a short halt for a cup of tea in Sonmarg. Continue your drive to Kargil. On your arrival at Kargil, check in at the Hotel.  Evening free to go around the town of Kargil.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 6 Kargil to Leh

Early breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast drive to Leh. On your arrival in Leh, check in at the hotel.
We recommend you completely relax for the rest of the day to enable your body to acclimatize to the rarefied air at the high altitude. Leh is situated at the height of 11563 feet.   Lunch and dinner is served at the hotel.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 7 Leh - Monastery tour

Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast we take you for a full day tour of Monasteries. We first visit Thiksey Monastery located at a distance of 18 kms from Leh town. Then we visit Hemis Monastery which is one of the biggest and best known monastery in this region. Return to the hotel for lunch. After lunch take a tour of Leh city visiting Sangkar, Shanti Stupa and Leh Palace.
Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 8 Leh - Khardung la

Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast drive to Khardung la which is 43 Kms from Leh. Today it is the unique opportunity to drive on the highest motor-able road in the world at 18380 feet. The views from the top of the pass are amazing. This road carries on to the Nubra Valley. Return to the hotel for hot lunch. Rest of the day free for shopping at the local markets and go around in Leh town on your own.  Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 09 Drop at Leh Airport
After breakfast time free till departure. Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
Transfer to the airport for your flight to your onward destination.
